Will Salman Khan do ‘Wanted’ sequel?

Recently, it was reported that Boney is planning to make a sequel but there is no confirmation on whether Salman will be a part of it or not.

There has been a buzz about Boney Kapoor making a sequel of his 2009’s hit film Wanted, which was a remake Telugu Pokiri. The film starred Salman Khan and Ayesha Takia in the lead and it went on to become a superhit. Recently, it was reported that Boney is planning to make a sequel but there is no confirmation on whether Salman will be a part of it or not.

“Salman has not committed to Boney, however, the film was about his character so it is a bit difficult for the makers to make a film without him. Salman has got a huge line up of films, he is shooting for Bharat and then will begin work on Dabangg 3 and Kick 2 so he hardly has any time in hand to take up any other project. So, if Boney decides to wait for Salman to give his dates then he cannot start his film till 2020. However, Boney and Salman have always shared a good rapport, so if the actor decides to accommodate his dates for the producer, then he the sequel might happen.”

Meanwhile, a few months ago when Salman was asked about being a part of the sequel, he had stated that there are no sequels of Wanted or No Entry happening and he has got four films in his kitty and he would be doing those films first. While, No Entry was multi-starrer ,Wanted was all about his character.
