Watch: Alleged Hindu outfit members beat up men with lathis at UP police station for ‘cow smuggling’

New Delhi: In yet another case of ‘gau raksha’, alleged Hindu outfit members beat up a few men with lathis on suspicion of cow smuggling. The incident happened at Uttar Pradesh’s Sarsaul police station.

In the video, a mob is seen beating up three men with sticks at the police station, while there is no action taken by the police. Police came to the rescue of the victims much later.

It has been alleged that Railbazar resident, Shanu Qureshi, had encouraged the mob to spread communalism on the pretext of being Bajrang Dal and Hindu Vahini members.

No report has been filed in the case yet.
