Sushma Swaraj asks Pakistan PM to handover Masood to have good ties with India

New Delhi: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has asked Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan to hand over Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar to India if he wants peace.

Swaraj said if Khan is wants to prove his statesmanship and have good relations with India, then he should just hand over Azhar to India.

Swaraj said, “Imran Khan is showing a lot of gratitude. He wants to hold peace talks. If he is grateful, why doesn’t he handover Azhar? Let us see his big heart. He should give us Azhar. Why doesn’t he give us Masood Azhar?”

Earlier, China had blocked India’s bid in the United Nations (UN) Security Council for the fourth time to get Jaish-e-Mohammad chief Masood Azhar listed as designated “global terrorist” by putting a technical hold on the proposal.
