Sun Pictures launches Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s first look of Tamil film ‘Petta’

Playing an important role as Singaar Singh, Nawaz is killing it with his intense looks sporting geeky glasses and a stubble.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is all set to foray into south Indian film industry with Petta — one of the biggest productions in Tamil industry.

The makers launched the first look of Nawazuddin Siddiqui on Wednesday, and he is killing it with his intense looks sporting a pair of geeky glasses and a stubble. He will play an important role as Singaar Singh in the film. Check out the poster here:

The first look of Vijay Sethupathi’s character Jithu from the Rajinikanth-starrer was unveiled on Tuesday by Sun Pictures. The poster shows the actor as a dreadful, gun-wielding gangster with two deep cuts on his face.

Petta is directed by Karthik Subbaraj and produced by Kalanithi Maran under the banner of Sun Pictures. Other than Nawazuddin, the ensemble star-cast of the action-film includes superstar Rajinikanth, Vijay Sethupathi, Trisha, Simran, and Malavika Mohanan. The film is slated for Pongal 2019 release.
