Salman Khan planning to re-shoot song for ‘Bharat’

Mumbai: Salman Khan wrapped up the Delhi schedule of Bharat with Katrina Kaif recently. The actor has taken time off for his other commitments which includes shooting for his show and appearance at Isha Ambani’s wedding; also, he was seen attending his mother Salma’s birthday party over the weekend. Salman is soon going to resume shoot and is apparently planning to re-shoot a song.

“Salman is keeping a close watch on his film Bharat since the beginning. He had suggested changes in the script to make it suitable for the Indian audience and during the shoot as well he has been checking the footage after pack up. So, recently when he shot for a song, he saw it and was not too impressed with it. So he has decided to shoot it all over again. Now whether this idea is feasible or not that director Ali Abbas Zafar will have to decide. But since Salman and his sister’s husband Atul Agnihotri is producing the film, there is a possibility that they might shoot the song once again,” says a source.

It is said that Salman is concerned about this film after his last film Race 3 did not do too well at box office. Bharat is a remake of Korean film An Ode to My Father which is set in era of World War II. The makers have changed the backdrop of the film while adopting it. The film now set against the backdrop of India-Pakistan relationship. The makers had recreated the Wagah Border in Punjab.
