Ranveer Singh is all set to recreate India’s victory of the 1983 cricket world cup in the film titled ’83. Considering the cast is going to re-enact the entire episode on the big screen, director Kabir Khan is not leaving any stone unturned as far as the preparation goes.
As per news sources, in order to prepare the actors to face the camera, Kabir has planned a trip to Mohali. The team will be staying there for 15 days in the cricket camp that will be set up there. It’s said that the venue will also see the presence of cricketers from the winning team – Kapil Dev, Madan Lal and Yashpal Sharma.
They will be interacting with the actors and tell their tales and also play cricket with them.
It will all begin with a meet and greet session by February end in Mumbai, later in April the team will go to Mohali before the film goes on floor in May.
