Make online bookings for puja; pay dakshina in EMIs

Famous Trimbakeshwar Temple at Nashik in Maharashtra launches new service

Mumbai: If you want to organise a Satyanarayan Ki Puja or the Namkanaran Sanskara of your child, you can make a booking online. A Pandit will perform the puja at the decided date in your presence. And you can pay the dakshina in easy instalments, spread over 6, 8, or 12 months.

This service has been launched by Aniket Shastri Deshpande Maharaj, the chief Panda of the famous Trimbakeshwar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, at Nashik in Maharashtra.

Online form

An online form is available on the website of Maharshi Jyotish. Those desirous of getting the puja done would have fill in the form, giving their personal details. They will also have to indicate whether they want the ritual to be performed at Trimbakeshwar, Benaras, Haridwar, Tirupati or any of the places of pilgrimage listed on the website. The charges start from Rs 2,500.

Defaulters will face legal action

Deshpande said that already, 122 devotees have made bookings, with Dakshina to be paid in EMIs. What if they default on payment? Deshpande said that besides facing wrath of the almighty, the defaulter will also have to face legal proceedings.
