Nora Fatehi’s ‘Dilbar’ becomes most googled song of the year, with over 550+ million views on YouTube

Mumbai: Beating all the party hits of the year, ‘Dilbar’ has set new records and become the most googled song of 2018. Nora Fatehi, with her sexy dance moves and in a desi avatar, shoved away all the doubts regarding the hit of the song. The video has over 550+ million views on YouTube.

T-Series recently shared a tweet to announce the success of the song.

While the original version was filmed on Sushmita Sen and was sung by Alka Yagnik, the rendition was recreated by Tanishk Bagchi and sung by Neha Kakkar, for the film Satyamev Jayate.

Thanking her fans and audience, Nora tweeted, “BOOM Dilbar is the most googled song of 2018 in India! #satyamevajayate Thank u thank u soo much for showing love and support guys! Words cant express my happiness so im jumping in excitement. What a way to end the year!! I love you guys so much!!! congratulations to the entire team.”

Just a few weeks back, Nora launched an Arabic version of the song, which is among the new sensations on the internet. The video got 15+ million views within just 2 days of its release.

Expressing her joy towards the response Nora tweeted, “What an amazing response to #Arabicdilbar trending #1 in multiple countries including india! Not bad for my singing debut we just hit 15 million+ in less than 2 days! Thank you for the love! bollywood moroccan style.”

Nora is currently shooting for Batla House in Mussoorie.
