Bhopal: Higher Education Minister Jitu Patwari has said that the Cambridge Assessment English Training will be held in two phases from the next academic session. He informed that 25 thousand students each will receive training in each phase. Patwari was addressing the certification programme of Cambridge Assessment English at the Institute of Excellence for Higher Education (IEHE).
Minister Shri Patwari stressed on instilling respect for the news channels and newspapers among the students and said that it is necessary to be informed about the veracity of the news. Few people are aware of the reality of the news that goes viral on social media.
DHE to launch campaign with FB to raise awareness on fake news: He said that the Department of Higher Education (DHE) is going to start a campaign in collaboration with Facebook to explain the difference between real and fake news to the youth. He said that by preparing 200 master trainers through Facebook, work will be done to explain the difference between the true and fake news to the youth in each college of the state.
Wi-Fi to be installed in all classrooms: The Higher Education Minister said that the Institute of Excellence in Higher Education has a distinct identity. He said that Wi-Fi will be installed in all classrooms from the next session at the institute. One thousand capacity auditorium will also be constructed on the institute campus soon.
Students performed better:The CEO of Cambridge Assessment English (UK) Ms. Francesca Woodward praised the Government of Madhya Pradesh. He said that every possible effort is being made for better and quality education of students in the state. Ms. Woodward said that the students of various colleges in the state have achieved B-1 level by performing better in the Cambridge Assessment English Training Program.
Higher Education Minister Mr. Patwari distributed Cambridge Assessment English training certificates to the students of various colleges on the occasion. He also released the annual and cultural calendar of the Institute of Higher Education Excellence.
In the program MLA Mr. Kunal Chaudhary, Principal of Institute of Excellence in Higher Education Mr. S.S. Vijayvargiya and a large number of teachers and students were present.
