Mumbai: There have been stories doing the rounds about the fallout between Bollywood’s ace choreographer Saroj Khan and her protegee Madhuri Dixit Nene. This news has been quite disappointing for Bollywood buffs especially because the duo has given super hit dance numbers together.
Amidst the negative buzz, arrived a positive news that Madhuri and Saroj are teaming up for a brand new song in Abhishek Verman’s Kalank. The two have already begun the reherasals and will shoot the number in September.
When Saroj was quizzed about the reunion, she said, “I am enjoying working with her (Madhuri).” When asked whether the two have sorted out their differences, she quickly corrects, “We never had a fallout. We have been very much cordial with each other.” In association with Remo D’Souza, Saroj is choreographing a mujra for Madhuri in the Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt starrer.
Interestingly, Saroj says that the last time she worked with Madhuri was in Gulaab Gang. Meanwhile, after her comeback, Madhuri was seen doing a mujra in Dedh Ishqiya.
When Saroj was asked about how different Madhuri’s Kalank mujra song might be, she signed off saying “I haven’t seen that mujra.”
