Inspiring/ UK wildlife photographer makes log pile home for mice family in his garden, says am happy to live alongside such cute creatures

Wildlife photographer Simon Dell from Sheffield, United Kingdom, grabbed the opportunity to click some lovely photographs when he found a family of mice loitering in his garden. But he knew he had to lure these tiny creatures to come towards him, so he made them a little set piece to capture their attention.

Simon built the little mice a home made up of old fruit, vegetables, and props from around his house. He managed to tempt them with nuts and berries that he left for the tiny little mice.

And every now and then, Simon provides luxury feasts to the mice to relish.

Since then, Simon has become very attached to the little mouse family and regularly updates their tiny village.

Simon wanted to make sure his new little friends would be safe.

He said: “I knew there are cats just over the fence. So I thought I would give them a little more safety. So collected some logs and made them a log pile home. The mice are very trusting and know I mean them no harm. I love nature so am happy to live alongside such cute creatures.”

This charming little mouse family is very lucky to have such a kind landlord in Simon.
