‘I don’t really believe in Valentine’s Day,’ says Saif Ali Khan

Mumbai: He might come across as the most romantic husband from the Instagram pictures where he poses next to wife Kareena Kapoor Khan, but in reality Saif Ali Khan doesn’t believe in Valentine’s Day that celebrates romance.

Interestingly, Kareena’s bestie and filmmaker Karan Johar is known to host Valentine’s Day lavish bashes, which she usually is a part of, but her hubby cares two hoots about the day. While talking to Dainik Bhaskar, he said, “I don’t really believe in Valentine’s Day.”

Guess, in the debate of whether we should celebrate Valentine’s Day or not, Saif falls in the latter category.

Saif also doesn’t know what exactly is to be done on the day. He wonders if he can make his son Taimur Ali Khan feel special on the day. He says, “Someone just asked me ‘who are you giving these chocolates to?’ Do you give your children presents on Valentine’s day? Or is it only to your lover?”

In terms of work, Saif is busy shooting for Ajay Devgn-starrer Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior in which he plays the antagonist.
