Bhopal: The Hinduja Industrial Group is considering setting up Ashok Leyland truck manufacturing unit at a cost of Rs. 7000 crore in Madhya Pradesh.
This information was given by the Group Chairman Gopichand P. Hinduja in London during the discussion held with the Principal Secretary Industry of Madhya Pradesh Dr. Rajesh Rajoura.
In the meeting held at the House of Lords of the British Parliament, P. Hinduja has invited Dr. Rajoura for discussion at the Headquarters of Hinduja Group located in London for the establishment of the unit in Madhya Pradesh.
The Principal Secretary Shri Rajoura has informed that along with the establishment of the proposed Ashok Leyland truck manufacturing unit, auto industries ancillaries worth Rs. 4000 to 5000 crore capital investment will also be set up in Madhya Pradesh.
Dr. Rajesh Rajoura also met the famous industrialist Lord Swaraj Paul at the House of Lords. Earlier, Dr. Rajoura gave a presentation of Madhya Pradesh in a meeting of the Institute of Directors at the British Parliament today.
