Hina Khan is soon going to make a comeback in the role of Comolica in Kasautii Zindagii kay 2. During a recent interview, she shared her fitness secrets. Hina said that in the last few years she has become a fitness freak. According to her, “When I have less work during the week, I go to the gym everyday. Whenever I do back to back travel for the shoot, I go to the gym 3-4 times a week.”
Hina is dependent on protein based diet
Hina believes that diet has a big role in staying fit. Hina, who starts the day with a glass of lukewarm water, says, “I rely on protein-based diet mainly because I do not eat too much, which helps in keeping my metabolism intact but yes, for a few days we also cheat, because I relish Indian delicious meals.”
Hina says what we eat appears on our face. She says, “Our face is the mirror of our internal system. I drink plenty of water, I take coconut water twice a day, a bowl of curd is important. I take an amla every day. I eat both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, but in limited quantities.”
Hina relies on natural ingredients for glowing skin
Other than taking a balanced diet, she relies on the basic ingredients for glowing skin. It is the touch of natural rose water which makes Hina’s face blush naturally. She washes her face with rose water in the morning and once she is done with the shoots, she wipes off the makeup with some good old coconut oil. One of Hina’s all-time favorite face packs is made from a few soft strawberries, mixed with a few tablespoons of curd and honey.

She stays away from makeup whenever it is possible and keeps a good moisturizer handy to feed her skin right. Since she isn’t fond of the chemical treatments, she fixes her own exfoliators and face packs.
