Not only regular fans of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are waiting to catch a glimpse of the newlyweds, but it looks like Union Minister Smriti Irani, too, is yearning for the wedding pictures to be officially released.
India’s coolest minister Smriti Irani took to Instagram to express her longing. She shared the photo of a skeleton sitting on a park bench and captioned it, “#when you have waited for #deepveer #wedding #pics for too longgggg.”
We couldn’t support her post more, but what followed is a laughter ride. Irani’s Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi co-star Ronit Roy responded saying that the skeleton in the picture could be Irani’s on-screen husband Mihir.
He commented on her post, saying: “Woh Zinda hoga!!! Woh Mihir hai!!!”
B-town’s favourite couple officially tied the knot at the stunning Villa del Balbianello overlooking Lake Como in northern Italy on Wednesday in a traditional Konkani style. On Thursday the couple remarried as per Sindhi traditions there.
Since the ceremonies were strictly private, and the couple wanted to release their wedding photographs on social media themselves, no photo with the bride and groom are available with the media yet.
