Govinda’s son Yashvardhan to make his debut in Bollywood soon

Mumbai: Govinda is busy promoting his upcoming film Rangeela Raja which was in news because its battle with censor board. The film is made by Pehlaj Nihlani and the board wanted him to make 20 cuts to the film. The matter went to the Film Certificate Appellate Tribunal and eventually the film got a certificate with only three cuts. The actor is relieved to see his film finally getting a release date. During an interactive session, the actor revealed that his son Yashvardhan Ahuja too is ready to start his acting career soon.

Govinda said “Yes, Yash has expressed his desire to act. So when he told me that he wants to be an actor, I told him to get proper training. He has been working on himself and did a course abroad. His course got over this year. And by next year he will make his debut.”

When asked if he is willing to launch his son, Govinda said, “Yes, if there is an opportunity like that then I will support him. But I have already told him that there is no shortcut to success and he will have to work hard. I have also done that in my career and I am still ready to do it.”

Govinda’s daughter Narmada made her acting debut with Second Hand Husband three years ago but the film could not do well at the box office.
