Following in the footsteps of the royal couple Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Deepika and Ranveer have requested their guests to send cheques to Deepika’s charity The Live Love Laugh Foundation instead of bringing them gifts. They have requested the guests to provide certain credentials along with the cheques that they would want to give forth as donations to the foundation.

Deepika and Ranveer’s Mumbai reception gifts would be charitable donations for foundations like ‘The Live Love Laugh Foundation’, ‘NIMHANS’ and ‘TISS’. The Live Love Laugh Foundation is an organisation which deals with problems of mental health. This initiative was undertaken by Deepika after her own battle with depression.
