Bihar: 24 children faint after principal beats up students for unclean classroom

Hajipur: Almost 24 children of a school at a village in Bihar fell unconscious after their principal brutally thrashed over 40 students for not cleaning their classroom properly. The incident took place on Thursday at Utkramit Middle School at Piroi under Mahua police station of Vaishali district.

Panic in village

As the children were rushed to the hospital, there was panic in the village. Angry villagers reached the school, surrounded the principal and beat him up. The principal somehow escaped from the spot and locked himself in his office. The police reached the spot and pacified the villagers.

Principal Rajesh Kumar beat up all the students of Class 8 as they had not cleaned the classroom properly. Many boys and girls became unconscious. Some children informed their parents. Soon, a large number of parents reached the school and beat up the principal. The injured children are undergoing treatment.
