Anupama Parameswaran: ‘A person doesn’t become hot just by acting in Telugu or Kannada movies’

Actress Anupama Parameswaran, who made her debut through the blockbuster ‘Premam’, said it is a wrong concept that a person will become hot just by acting in Telugu or Kannada movies.

The young actress said, “There are talks that Anupama has now become hot after acting in Telugu and other languages. It is a wrong concept that a person will become hot after acting in Telugu or Kannada movies. Like every other industry, there are bad movies in Telugu as well. I never came in an extreme hot avatar in Telugu. I just wore a low-cut blouse in the movie ‘Hello Guru Prema Kosame’”, she said.

“Is showing a side of the belly while wearing saree and a low-cut blouse hot? We had actresses who wore dhoti and blouse as their attire. Those scenes were shot for the movie’s teaser. That might be my maximum hot look. By then if people feel I became hot, I’ve hot only one thing to say-Thank you”, Anupama added.

After making her debut through ‘Premam’, Anupama Parameswaran never had to look back. Success followed her everywhere, in Tamil as well as Telugu film industries. Now as an assistant director in the upcoming movie ‘Maniyarayile Ashokan’, she is trying something different in the movie industry.
