A similar incident happenned recently, when a Twitter user @Sassy_Soul_ complained about not finding what she needed in the widely famous e-commerce site Amazon. She wrote :
“Hi amazonIN, you call yourself the biggest e-commerce website in the world, but even after browsing for hours, I can’t find what I need.”
The e commerce giant was quick to reply with a tweet asking “We`re actively working towards understanding the needs of our customers and plan to expand our listings. Could you let us know the product that you`re looking for on our website? ^KA”

With pranksters on the prowl, many a times social networking sites and micro blogging sites face hilarious requests, jokes and comments, but this time, the admin replied with an equally smart and quirky answer making everyone roll on the floor laughing.
In relpy to her demand, they wrote, “Yeh akkha India jaanta hai, hum tumpe marta hai, Dil kya cheez hai janam apni jaan tere naam karta hai ???????? ^KA”
This funny exchange got twitterati coming up with supportive tweets regarding how important it is to be sportive and funny, some even called it the social responsibility of similar e-commerce giants!
