The super success of Prabhas in Bollywood has surely opened doors for South heroes to test their luck there. Many Telugu stars including Allu Arjun are trying to make their Bollywood debut.
Even after the release of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Allu Arjun is giving another set of interviews as he is getting interviewed by popular Anupama Chopra now. Repeatedly Allu Arjun is saying in these interviews that he wants to do a Hindi movie provided with the fact that it has unique content.
Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is a 2020 Telugu-language action-drama film directed by Trivikram Srinivas and co-produced by Allu Aravind and S. Radha Krishna under their banners Geetha Arts and Haarika & Hassine Creations.
The film features Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles, while Tabu, Jayaram, Sushanth, Navdeep, Nivetha Pethuraj, Samuthirakani, Murali Sharma, Sunil, Sachin Khedekar, and Harsha Vardhan play pivotal roles.
One wonders why Allu Arjun is desperately trying for a Bollywood film rather doing a Telugu movie that could also do well there.
Actually his dubbed Hindi movies are always a super hit in the Hindi arena, so definitely his usual films will do well in Bollywood. Maybe the actor should have dubbed his latest movie and released it in January in order to test the waters.
