An absolute must for those who love romantic films or are romantic at heart. This one’s a cinematic gem!” Rajeev Masand appreciated Ranveer saying that he “brings a quiet sensitivity to Varun, and occasionally a smoldering intensity. Offering a finely internalised performance, he leaves a lasting impression.” Even though Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi both received critical appreciation for their performance, Lootera did not do too well at the box office.
4. Dil Dhadakne Do (2015)
Directed by Zoya Akhtar, Dil Dhadakne Do was about a dysfunctional family with extremely likeable characters played by Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra, Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah. 5. Bajirao-Mastani (2015)
This 2015 release of Ranveer was a super blockbuster at the box office. Thanks to his honest performance, Ranveer brought life to his character of Peshwa Bajirao.
